Did you know that tomorrow, February 1st is the TENTH anniversary of National Go Red Day?
This annual event invites everyone to wear red in an effort to bring awareness to heart disease in women. Heart disease is THE NUMBER ONE killer in women, even more than cancer. So do you know your risks? Better yet, have you made your plan to make 2013 the year you lower those risks?
Check out the American Heart Association’s Go Red page for more information and to find events in your area.
& wear red tomorrow in support of helping to stop this disease in its tracks.

Damn straight – wear red tomorrow ! http://theflavoredword.com/
I wore my red pants … people asked me if it was in anticipation of Valentines Day – really – NO … I would have been handing truffles if it was for VDay
Wore my red sweater & socks. Haven’t been out (yet) but had to giggle when my mom’s hospice nurse showed up in red too! Good people wear red today!
